Before you start
- Company Identifier:
AmeMatHan2025 - PIN (first time only): last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
- Rates shown: per payroll
How to register
- Click the registration link or button below.
- Select Register as a New User.
- Enter your personal info, then the Company Identifier and PIN listed above.
- Create your username and password. Next time, use these to log in.
- Click Start Enrollment to begin your forms.
During enrollment
- Verify your contact info. If something is incorrect, contact HR.
- To decline a benefit, choose Do not want this benefit.
- Beneficiaries are required for Basic Life, Voluntary Life, and Voluntary AD&D. Split percentages must total 100%.
Finish up
- Review your summary and select Click to Sign.
- If prompted, upload any dependent eligibility documents.
Trouble signing? Make sure each benefit is selected or declined and required beneficiaries are added. Contact HR if you still need help.

Cómo registrarse

- Si no desea un beneficio, seleccione No quiero este beneficio.
- Se requieren beneficiarios para Vida Básica, Vida Voluntaria y AD&D Voluntario. Los porcentajes deben sumar 100%.
Finalizar
- Revise su resumen y seleccione Haga clic para firmar.
- Si se le solicita, cargue los documentos de elegibilidad de sus dependientes.
¿Problemas para firmar? Asegúrese de que cada beneficio esté seleccionado o rechazado y que los beneficiarios requeridos estén agregados. Si aún necesita ayuda, comuníquese con Recursos Humanos.
